Monique provides athletes
with a personalized sports nutrition program designed to support
them in meeting their performance and fitness goals. Monique is
a nationally recognized sports nutritionist and is the author of
Sports Nutrition for Endurance Athletes and Complete Guide to Sports
Nutrition. She has developed nutrition programs for amateur, elite,
and professional athletes competing in a variety of sports at the
local, high school, collegiate, and national and international levels.
Sports nutrition programs from Monique are designed for both optimal
performance and health. Your personalized sports nutrition program
provides a training and competition diet based on the unique nutritional
requirements of your sport, and your competitive and health goals.
Programs begin with an initial consultation to review the nutritional
demands of your training program and athletic goals, as well as
your medical, nutrition, and diet history. You will be provided
with a personalized sports-specific nutrition plan. Follow-up appointments
are provided for ongoing nutrition education and development of
your nutrition program. The sports-specific nutrition plan addresses:

Monique has worked with hundreds of athletes participating in endurance
sports including top amateur competitors, and professional athletes
and teams. She currently consults with USA Triathlon and USA Cycling.
