She has developed nutrition programs for amateur, elite, and professional athletes competing in a variety of sports at the local, high school, collegiate, and national and international levels. Sports nutrition programs from Monique are designed for both optimal performance and health. Your personalized sports nutrition program provides a training and competition diet based on the unique nutritional requirements of your sport, and your competitive and health goals.

Sports Nutrition Online E-Programs
The Online E-Program is offered to athletes across the US and Canada, and internationally. The Online E-program is a comprehensive program designed to provide an optimal training nutrition and competition nutrition program for athletes involved in any sport including endurance, team, and winter sports, and who participate at any level of competition. Several program options are available.

Deluxe Sports Nutrition Plan
This in-depth and highly specific program evaluates your current diet and provides a personalized meal plan designed to support optimal fuel and recovery for specific daily training sessions and training cycles. You will receive an assessment of your energy, carbohydrate, protein, and fat requirements for each type of training session. Your training and work schedule, food preferences, and body composition goals are also incorporated into these meal plans. In addition, over one week of sample menus are provided, as well as food lists and recipes for developing additional menus. This program educates and guides you in becoming self-sufficient in planning your training diet. Guidelines for nutrient and fluid consumption during exercise are also provided, including the proper use of sports nutrition supplements and products for enhancing performance.

Comprehensive Sports Nutrition Plan
This thorough program evaluates your current diet and provides personalized meal plans for different levels of training. These plans are designed to provide optimal fuel and support daily and weekly recovery. You will receive an assessment of your energy, carbohydrate, and protein requirements for various levels of training. Sample menus for three to four days are also provided, and take into consideration your training and work schedule, food preferences, and body composition goals. Food lists and recipes are also provided, so that you can develop additional menus based on the meal plans provided. Menus include foods and fluids to consume during exercise. This program educates and guides you in becoming self-sufficient in planning your training diet.

Competition Nutrition Guidelines
Because athletes benefit from specific guidelines for competition, this program is designed to provide specific nutritional plans for the day before, night before, and morning of competition. Nutrition plans can be provided for athletes tapering for competition. Sports nutrition products and fluids to consume during competition are also outlined.

Basic Nutrition Plan and Monthly Nutrition Coaching
This program is designed for athletes interested in an initial nutrition plan and weekly ongoing monitoring and modifications to this plan. You will be provided with an initial meal plan, two sample menus, and food lists for developing your own menus. The nutritional coaching sessions are designed to fine tune this plan, make modifications for different types of training sessions, and answer any questions you may have regarding your nutrition program. This plan includes the initial assessment and three phone/email sessions.

Monthly Nutrition Coaching
You can purchase nutrition coaching sessions to assist you in adjusting your sports nutrition plan for ongoing training cycles, question and answer sessions, and receive support in developing healthy nutrition habits. Four sessions can be purchased per package and utilized over four to eight weeks time. This program option is offered to athletes who have purchased and utilized the Deluxe, Comprehensive, and Basic Nutrition Plans and are interested in ongoing nutrition coaching and education for a full season of training and competition.
